For delivery operations, we collect end-customer data (names, delivery addresses, phone numbers) uploaded by our users. Through the Courier App, we collect real-time GPS location data during active delivery routes, device information, and digital proof of delivery (including photographs and digital signatures).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Sendabox platform. This includes dispatching and routing packages, generating automated electronic invoices (FEL), managing Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) liquidations, and providing customer support. GPS data is used exclusively for route tracking and operational efficiency.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, such as Stripe for secure payment processing and financial liquidations, and certified providers for electronic invoicing.
